This algorithm analyzes the entry sequence, arrival timing differences, and overlap within specific time intervals of vehicles from different directions to determine actual high-risk simultaneous entry situations. It divides the bidirectional approach areas into Section A and Section B, then analyzes the time axis of traffic flow: First Entry → Subsequent Entry → First Exit → Subsequent Exit for each section.
